“Rosina Harlem and Nancy Panagiotes were the top-notch real estate agents that helped me to sell my house in Littleton, MA in June 2021 I had contacted Rosina back in 2018. Even though I did not follow through at that time, she was happy to take on the challenge to sell my house when I contacted her in 2021. Although the house is solid and in a good location, it was in disrepair due to my living far away and difficult to keep up with the repairs. It was such a relief that she was able to sell the house “as is” without need for repair, over the asking price. This has allowed me to purchase my dream home. Nancy expertly executed the documentation and guided me through the DocuSign process. Complicating the sale, I had a tenant who was overwhelmed with all that needed to be done to move out after living there 11 years. She was very sensitive to the situation and was very kind, easing the stress of the move. At one point the closing date was in jeopardy, but due to her interpersonal skills she was able to work with the tenant and the buyer to negotiate a solution that worked for both. I highly recommend the team of Rosina Harlem and Nancy Panagiotes. A weight has been lifted now that I was able to sell my house, which I could not have done without them.
